Jill recently switched gears and turned her talents to track and field where she competes in the 200, and 400m sprints under, Jamaican 400m Medalist. In addition Jill, nationally competes in figure and fitness competitions.

Jill graduated from Temple University with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Political Economics. As a talented multi-sport athlete, she took her chances with volleyball. While at Temple Jill competed on the Women’s DI volleyball team. During that time, Temple was a three-time defending Atlantic 10 Conference champion, made three NCAA appearances and made it to the Elite 8.

Aside from her volleyball success at Temple, Jill set a record for the highest bench press for females at 185 lbs, performed 83 consecutive push-ups, and 63 sit-ups in 60 seconds and saftey squat 435lbs. She also set a school recreation record for squatting 90 lbs 126 times.

During her sophomore year of college, Jill qualified for volleyball nationals at the Budweiser Beach Tournament in Isle of Psalms, SC. Upon graduating from Temple, she pursued a pro volleyball career (USPV) and later played with the US national team. Through many sponsorships (Asics, Reebok, Adidas, ending with Nike) she has exploited the professional arena and coached at the Junior Olympic level in Philadelphia in the Keystone region (KIVA).

Jill primarily works with football, volleyball, basketball, and wrestling athletes on their explosiveness, agility, speed and strength. However, Jill’s clientele ranges from your first time 5k runner to those looking to pass their PT test for FBI, CIA and any of branch of law enforcement. Jill services a wide range of athletes including bodybuilding and fitness and figure competitors.
