Endurance Sports Training
Endurance Every Fall and Spring Doug Mock coaches weekly group running speed workouts in 8-week blocks: This includes runners, duathletes, triathletes and those wanting to get faster in their specific sport. All speed training will be coached by Doug. Speed workouts for the Fall will start in September and run for 8-weeks, and Spring speed workouts start in late February/early March. All training will be conducted at Howard High School starting at 7PM unless otherwise stated.
Cost for each 8 weeks of group speed training: $65
