Bodybuilding and Figure Competition Training

Looking to train for your 1st competition or your 5th, we are here to coach you along the way. Jill Mock, NPC natonal figure competitor with over 10 years experience in training and coaching will walk you through the steps to get you on stage and shine come competition day.

You don’t live in the area? No problem. We provide all the tools necessary for you to succeed just as if you were training in person.

To take that stage and get started you only need to:

Fill out the competition form and email it along with a current picture. This allows us to evaluate your physical fitness history, injuries if any, eating habits, allergies and current supplements as well as lifestyle habits.

Select an option below. Once we receive your form and current picture we will put together a detailed plan that will work specifically for you. Most programs consist of show diet and workouts including strength and cardiovascular.

You will receive your initial program to get started within 1-2 weeks. From there we start the journey to the day of stepping onstage and coming home with the trophy.

We do weekly check ins via email or text or facetime/skype or similar. This is to assure you are on track and become show ready for the set date. As we move closer to the show date, we have more frequent check ins to stay ontop of your progress as we come down to the wire. In addition, should you have questions along the way, and we hope you do, we guarantee to respond to you that day. We strive to respond to emails, texts, phone calls within a few hours. Having been in your position, nervousness, butterflies, moody,you name it…. we want that coach that is accessible, knowledgeable and most importantly, dependable.
